The song was made while the collective pain of everyone around the world which has been felt as a One Big pain & Flare of this One World in all the physical, mental and spiritual body as a very  common pain while scoring this music in the deeper layers of the mind, feeling that flare and with a mission to Heal them through the music while tapping into the endless potential and magical healing energies of the Nature and the Cosmos and ones own inner powers. THE MUSIC:
The Music "Body, Mind and Soul - The right Integration" is from the new experimental World Fusion Music Album: "SOUL HEALER - Feel The Fire In Your Soul", which represents a Musical and Spiritual Journey, released in 2011. Particularly this song is different than that of the other ones as no beats have been used in it and according to the track order, placed in that position to fulfill its role, playing a vital part in that particular position in the timeline of the entire journey of the Album.

THE THEME:
Myself, being a Healer, while scoring this song, I felt that when there is a communication gap between the Body, Mind and Soul while it loosens its integrity, we are into trouble. If there is pain in the body, the body cries to the mind and the mind as a result, immediately reacts to it while it transmits those signals to the Soul maintaining its hierarchy and our entire energy body, aura and the Spirit gets disturbed so badly........

Now, the Soul being connected to its higher order & being spread in the Ethereal levels of consciousness tells the mind back to not cry and feel perturbed about the pain and rather to pass on the message to the body further to not to feel the pain, feel perturbed, treat it as a serious factor or be sad as it and other such things are not permanent at all and is for a very shorter while only, while commanding the body through the mind to get its message of strength to fight with the pain and rejuvenate the muscles & tissues while it receives the Universal Healing waves, transmitted through the Spirit.

So after getting this message from the Soul, the mind feels stronger and it further transmits that signal & message with better commands to the body while it makes the body bound to hear these messages and all the bold commands and be with the guidance of the mind all along which is again transmitted by the Soul while working in a right coordination with the Universal Soul and thus finally making or bringing everything into a very much well controlled alignment and maintain the integrity between these three parts - Body, Mind and Soul :)

When the alignment between our different energy bodies get disturbed during having any sort of disease or painful situation in life, it generates more flares and disturbs us so badly where the right integration between the Body, Mind & Soul can do miracles & Nature's Healing waves flowing through us with a divine grace and feelings of Love can make us feel a lot better :) We all Human beings are well connected with each other with a common bond of Humanity and if one is in pain, how can others be painless & happy?

Love is Divine and It is the Divine LOVE that always heals and attracts the Amazing Grace :)

The album is a visual based Musical journey through different New Age & completely experimental Electronic & Acoustic World Fusion music instrumentals with the feelings of getting into some real Trance (Here the word TRANCE is used in the etymological sense and not as a musical genre).

All the tracks in the album are in a sequential order representing a journey into the inner & outer space of our human minds through meditation and bliss dance. All the Sound Tracks are composed, individually performed on multi-instruments, recorded, mixed and mastered by Kohinoor Roy, inspired by the Tantra Waves and thoughts from the Smashan Meditations from INDIA which are very much effective for the relaxation of the body, mind & the soul, meditation, healing, visualization of chakras, planets & other worlds, the Kundalini Bliss dance & easy listening at any Spa or some relaxing & meditative environment, inner journeys within the self and for all new divine dance styles in different endless variations depending on one's spiritual and motivational level of the mind. 

The album sounds the plays of rhythm & percussion instruments like Tabla, Pot Drums and more from the far Eastern ethnic percussion instruments along with Acoustic & Electric Guitars, Synthesizers, Drums & other Digital percussion........

"Chakra Trance" is an original music for meditation & relaxation, that has been experimentally composed for the first time on September 16, 2000 in Hyderabad, INDIA with much limited aids and very challenging circumstances but with a deep meditative vision under a holy and divine spiritual guidance & transcendental, vibrant & radiant Tantra Waves.

This is the Original version & it is going to be there in a new remixed version in my new & debut WORLD Instrumental music album "SOUL HEALER - Feel The Fire In Your Soul" (to be released very shortly), reflecting a Spiritual Journey of inner joy, happiness & feelings of being already fulfilled inside as we all human beings are already blessed by the Almighty & often pleasure is hidden in pain that we miss & get the supreme authorities wrong in determining our fate, while we face the odd & challenging situations in our lives…...

Through its journey through all these many years, along with my many other creative projects, activities and spiritual journey, this project taught me a lot, enriched my inner values, uplifted my spirit and showed up a goal to my Soul, while it nurtured itself to take a complete form that I want to gift to the whole world with deeper emotions, respect and the feelings of Peace, Love, Joy, World Harmony and Universal Brotherhood as its basic essence : )

Sankhya is the sea snail that sounds like horns. It is played, by blowing it for 3 times in a sequence in a rhythmic gap. Its sound waves rectifies all the negative energies from around the atmosphere & also sounds like war horns as a piloting signal alerting every energy around about the arrival of the Goddesses.. 

There are lot of visuals for this instrumental in the storyboards for its video sequence (to be properly made later) of this and these kind of music but its felt that sometimes only the instrumentals give lot of freedom to the listeners to get into their own endless stream of visuals : )

The purpose of not adding any visuals in this upload was to give the audience abundant freedom to float with their own feelings, be in their own world of imagination & simply getting to any Time and Space without any boundaries, breaking all kind of obstructions and Earthly limitations : )
